Word on the street is the guys from Sound Tribe Sector 9 can’t get enough of Colorado. After a three-night run at the Fillmore in Denver for New Years, STS9 basman David Murphy came back to Colorado for a Saturday night at the Fox Theater preforming an all Pink Floyd show.

Today, SnowBall made its final announcements of artists on the lineup for the third annual music festival.

SnowBall Music Festival’s Sunday night headliner will be STS9, as announced on the festival’s Facebook page yesterday.

Fresh off of Mayan Holidaze, an exclusive Mexican getaway with fellow jammers Umphrey’s McGee and The Disco Biscuits, STS9 returned to Colorado on Sunday for the second of three New Year’s performances at the Fillmore Auditorium, dubbed “Time Within Evolving Living Vehicle Earth.”

Sound Tribe Sector 9 kicked off its three-night New Year’s run on Saturday at the Fillmore Auditorium.
