Live review: City and Colour @ the Ogden Theatre

How do so many people know so much about City and Colour? The Canadian indie-rock outfit led by Dallas Green (his first name is the city and his last is the color -- err, colour) filled the Ogden Theatre on Saturday night with fans who recognized each song with the first chord and knew the lyrics to his entire catalog.
