The full Primavera Sound Festival lineup has been announced and includes a second announced date by the recently reunited Postal Service and the third 2013 date for Phoenix.

The band continues to crank out respectable, darkly-melodic post-punk, but its lack of stylistic variance rivals its same-y NYC brethern the Strokes from album to album. The band’s new disc?
