Kinfolk Celebration 2014: Review, photos from Planet Bluegrass Ranch

A revitalized and rejuvenated Yonder Mountain String Band turned in two triumphant performances at the 2014 Kinfolk Celebration at Planet Bluegrass in Lyons, Colorado. Buoyed perhaps by the appearances by friends such as Widespread Panic's John Bell on Friday, and members of Leftover Salmon and The Travelin' McCourys on Saturday, Yonder's four sets were filled with frenetic jamming, brilliant harmonies, and inspired playing, especially with the addition of fiddler Allie Kral and mandolinist Jake Jolliff.
