King Tuff

There are likely few people who know what actually happened at the Larimer Lounge on Tuesday. One minute King Tuff is ripping through the title track from the band's latest album, "Black Moon Spell," and what felt like a second later, pink blow up couches were surfing on top of the audience.

King Tuff, a.k.a. Kyle Thomas, describes himself repeatedly as a “bad, bad, bad thing” during the chorus of his aptly titled song "Bad Thing" — one of the Top 50 Songs of 2012, according to Consequence of Sound. But this king of sleazy rock 'n' rock seemingly has a soft spot for all things animals, recently performing at the Weiner Dog Comp to benefit a sick Dachshund pup.
