Live review: Sleep, Russian Circles @ the Gothic Theatre

Sleep’s unlikely reunion tour hit a packed, hot Gothic Theatre on Sunday night. A very long box office line prevented me from catching Denver’s Git Some, but given the band’s performances of late, I’m guessing they kick-started the show well. Russian Circles, an instrumental post-metal trio were next and played an impressive 45-minute set that should win the band even more devotees.
