When they're in the United States, Foals is America’s boldest and most intense hard-rock band. That said, the “eclectic” indie band actually hails from the United Kingdom, having cut their teeth at the sleepy Abingdon Music Centre in Oxfordshire, England, which also bred Radiohead.
