With his signature clean cut look and cozy stage arrangement, Nick Waterhouse transports fans back to an R&B recording studio in the 1950s. And that was the feeling at the Bluebird Theater on Monday, as Waterhouse made Denver an early tour stop in support of his 2014 LP, “Holly.”
