Summer Jam 2014: Kendrick Lamar, Juicy J, Tech N9ne to headlineBy Julio Enriquez | March 20th, 2014 | 1 Comment »
Kendrick Lamar, Juicy J and Tech N9ne will headline Summer Jam 2014, KS107.5 announced on Thursday. The annual hip-hop concert will return to the newly renovated Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre on June 6.
Iggy Azalea, Kid Ink and Sage the Gemini round out the rest of the 2014 lineup. With the exception of Lamar, this year’s lineup seems to be a bit on the lighter side. In 2013 Summer Jam brought Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Future, J. Cole, 2 Chainz and others.
Lamar received seven Grammy nominations for his 2012 album “Good Kid, M.A.A.D City,” unfortunately winning none of them. Of these nominations, Lamar was up for Best Rap Album, which he controversially lost to Macklemore.
Tickets go on sale March 29, and we’ll keep this post updated with prices.
