Watch: Bruce Springsteen and Jimmy Fallon take on Chris Christie

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has taken it on the chin and both eyes, figuratively of course, with the handling of the Ft. Lee bridge scandal. Presidential aspirations be damned. To show his displeasure with the governor, New Jersey patron saint, Bruce Springsteen, appeared alongside Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday to really stick it to the once loveable teddy bear of a politician with a parody of “Governor Christie Traffic Jam” sung to the tune of “Born to Run.”

Yes, both wore signature sunglasses, torn jean jackets and red bandanas. Springsteen’s appearance on Fallon is the latest plug on his latest album, “High Hopes,” released on Tuesday. And yes, the Boss’ new bestie, Tom Morello, was on hand to lend a hand in the performance, which also included, “Heaven’s Wall” and “Just Like Fire Would.”
