Arcade Fire tour: Band announces a massive 27-date arena run - Reverb

Arcade Fire tour includes 28 dates and a Denver show

It seemed like everybody overseas was getting an Arcade Fire tour date and faithful North American fans were being neglected. But, Arcade Fire has just announced a 28-date arena tour in support of the band’s critically-acclaimed album “Reflektor.”

Kicking off in Louisville on March 6, the band stops at Denver’s Pepsi Center on April 23 and ends the tour on Aug. 30 in their home city of Montreal. It’s a huge tour for Arcade Fire, and marks its first stop at the massive Pepsi Center. See our photos above from the Arcade Fire tour stop at 1stBank Center in 2011.

Arcade Fire released its fourth album, “Reflektor,” on Oct. 28. From our album review:

“Reflektor” is nothing short of a musical journey, taking its listeners to the land of head-banging thrash to the netherworld of lowdown dub with impressive cohesion. It’s also an album intent on getting its listeners to experience friends, love and music the old-fashioned way: in the flesh.

Tickets go on sale Nov. 22.
