It took Fiona Apple all of five years to drop 2012’s “The Idler Wheel…,” so it should come as no surprise its first music video hasn’t dropped until today.
Well, that and the fact she tapped the similarly meticulous Paul Thomas Anderson (“There Will Be Blood,” “Boogie Nights”) to direct it. The video for “Hot Knife” also features Fiona’s sister, who sings back-up vocals in the song.
