Franz Ferdinand have released two new songs that will be off their new album, “Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action.” The album, their first in four years, is due out on Aug. 27 on Domino. Listen to the new Franz Ferdinand songs, “Right Action” and “Love Illumination,” below.

Don’t worry about the sound on these new songs. So far it seems to be the same Brit-poppy Franz Ferdinand from the 2000s, best known for “Take Me Out” and “This Fire” — manic and theatrical as ever.

Right Action

Love Illumination
