Watch the new Atoms For Peace video for “Ingenue”

It seems that after Radiohead’s “Lotus Flower” video, Thom Yorke has figured out what the people want. The people want to watch Thom Yorke dance. The new Atoms For Peace video for “Ingenue” is 4 minutes and 47 seconds of Yorke dancing. Do yourself a favor and watch it below.

Yorke’s side project, Atoms For Peace, released its debut album this week to good, but not quite glowing, reviews. The supergroup includes Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nigel Godrich, Joey Waronker and Mauro Refosco. While the album is highlighted by Yorke’s distinct vocals, the other members of the band give the soundscapes a flavor that’s slightly different than Radiohead.

In the new Atoms For Peace video that was released today, Yorke tries out a number of different dances. Here are the best ones:

- The BIG Point Down

- The Gradually Speeding Up Karate Chops

- The Fix Your Jacket Then Toss It

- The Roll Around In An Inconsolable Sadness

- Seizure. Rest. Seizure. Rest

- Fin

While only a handful of Atoms For Peace tour dates have been announced, more are expected to come soon. Here’s to hoping the tour comes to Denver so we can have the honor of watching Thom Yorke dance in person. Radiohead last played in Colorado in March of 2012 in support of the band’s latest album, “The King Of Limbs.”
