UPDATE: How to Destroy Angels has announced the show will be at the Paramount Theater on April 21.
Electronic rock quartet How to Destroy Angels has announced 11 dates for its first a national tour, which includes an April stop at Denver.
The group is a literal labor of love between frontwoman Mariqueen Maandig and her husband, Nine Inch Nails muscleman Trent Reznor. Whether they’ll surpass his legendary industrial persona has yet to be decided, but expectations have been high. Decide for yourself by listening to their new album “Welcome oblivion,” which is streaming in full on Pitchfork Advance.
Reznor’s new project stops in Denver on April 21, and with the exception of their tour kick-off at Coachella, the venues are expected to be announced later today. Ticket presales begin on Feb. 27.
Tour dates are as follows:
04-12 Indio, CA – Coachella
04-13 Las Vegas, NV
04-17 Monterey, CA
04-18 San Francisco, CA
04-19 Indio, CA – Coachella
04-21 Denver, CO
04-23 Chicago, IL
04-25 Toronto, Ontario
04-27 Boston, MA
04-28 Wellmont, NJ
04-29 New York, NY
