Railroad Earth announces first headlining Red Rocks showBy Matt Miller | February 20th, 2013 | 1 Comment »
The New Jersey-rooted bluegrass band Railroad Earth might as well be a Colorado group, having played here multiple times a year, usually in two or three-night stretches. But what’s interesting is that these naturalized Coloradans who have a passionate hometown-like following have never had their name at the top of a Red Rocks show.
The show is July 12 at Red Rocks and is followed by a show at the Boulder Theater on July 13. Tickets for the Boulder show are only available in a package with the Red Rocks show and are available through the Railroad Earth fan club starting on Feb. 21.
Tickets for the Red Rocks show go on sale on Feb. 23 at 10 a.m. and are available at ticketmaster.com.
