Along with discussing his lengthy career in his new memoir, legendary music executive Clive Davis reveals that he’s lived a “bisexual life.”

Davis has played a part in the careers of Aretha Franklin, Rod Stewart, Alicia Keys, Barry Manilow, Christina Aguilera, Carlos Santana and Kelly Clarkson. The 80-year-old, who has been in the business for more than four decades had never before discussed his sexuality.

“I’m not lying and (bisexuality) exists,” Davis tells “Nightline.” “For over 50 years I never had sex with a male. It wasn’t repressed.  I had very good sexual relationships with women.”

Davis, who is currently the CEO of Sony Music Entertainment, has had two marriages and divorces. Watch his “Nightline” interview below where he discusses his sexuality.

In his memoir, “The Soundtrack of My Life,” Davis writes about a ‘monogamous relationship he had with a male doctor in 1990, Rolling Stone reports.
