Dave Matthews Band tour includes two Colorado summer dates

While Dave Matthews Band is no stranger to Colorado, having headlined some of the state’s biggest venues and festivals, it’s been a few years since one of the biggest touring bands of the last two decades played here. Dave Matthews Band announced its 2013 summer tour today and the band is playing Colorado in August — a returning of sorts to the band’s second home.

The Dave Matthews Band tour includes two nights in Denver this summer at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park on Aug. 23 and 24.

Tickets go on sale to the public on March 22 and members of the Dave Matthews Band Warehouse Fan Association can purchase tickets at a Feb. 21 presale at 10 a.m. ET.
