2) The Who, Tuesday, Pepsi Center, $83-$946
Ringo Starr must be proud of his son Zak Starkey. No one would have imagined that any offspring of the Beatles drummer would be talented enough to replace Keith Moon in the Who. Like his father, Starkey works perfectly as a replacement drummer. Starr had the stupidly simple drumming style that allowed for the Beatles to experiment while Starkey can channel Moon (though not exactly) without stealing the show. This keeps the spotlight on Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend. That’s what makes the Who worth seeing on Tuesday at the Pepsi Center. Even though the Who is missing one of music’s greatest drummers, it still feels somewhat complete.
