Arctic Monkeys have announced a series of tour dates starting with Sasquatch Music Festival that will reach Denver in late May. Last year the British indie rock band played two nights at the 1stBankCenter on a tour with the Black Keys.
The band formed in 2002 in England and quickly gained buzz through Myspace, BBC Radio and landed on the cover of NME before the release of the first album, “Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not.” Since then, Arctic Monkeys have released four studio albums, most recently, 2011’s “Suck it and See.”
