RJD2 was an electronic producer/DJ before Flying Lotus, James Blake and Skrillex were old enough to drive. He’s been around since 1993, and on top of his solo career, he’s worked with Radiohead, MF DOOM and Cunninlyguists. And two qualities completely unrelated to RJD2′s music that make him awesome are: 1) his name is a spoof of the “Star Wars” droid and 2) his song, “A Beautiful Mine” is the theme song for “Mad Men.”
