How long can Wavves ride this surf-rock sound? It’s been a pretty legitimate question since the band drew attention with its self-titled, debut album. And since then, the band has cleaned up its sound a little bit from the cassette and vinyl releases that got Wavves noticed in 2008. With its fourth album, “Afraid of Heights,” due out on March 26, the music is still a bit rough around the edges, but the party has moved away from the beach.
