Watch Churchill’s “Change” videoBy Matt Miller | January 24th, 2013 | 1 Comment »
When a song gets big enough for a record deal, a U.S. tour and a spot in Triple-A radio top 10, the next logical step is a music video of course. Watch Churchill’s “Change” video below, complete with a record number of costume changes, which aptly fits the song’s title. But seriously, 90 percent of the video budget must have gone toward Churchill’s wardrobe.
Denver’s Churchill will release its debut, full-length album on A&M Octone sometime in late-spring, most likely in May – with some old songs on the record, including the current single “Change.”
The band signed to A&M Octone Records in fall 2012 after the sing-along “Change” single took off on the radio. This month, the band embarked on a 16-date U.S. tour and would have had its homecoming show in Colorado on Feb. 9. This has been rescheduled for March 8 to prep material for the upcoming album.
