Country star Tim McGraw is readying his Two Lanes of Freedom tour for a big summertime outing.
The tour, named after his Big Machine Records full-length due Feb. 5, starts in Birmingham, Ala., on May 2 and closes in Virginia Beach on July 27, and yes, McGraw will also play a date at Denver’s biggest outdoor amphitheater somewhere in between.
McGraw will headline Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre on June 15, the artist announced on Tuesday.
“Two Lanes of Freedom” is McGraw’s first release on Big Machine, home to Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts.
“This album marks a new sense of excitement and artistic freedom for me, and I really wanted to extend that same feeling to the tour and create a cool vibe for the fans,” McGraw said in a release. “Let’s leave anything that might be weighing us down out in the parking lot and spend a few hours together feeling alive and free.”
