Major Lazer, Calvin Harris to perform at X Games 2013

X Games 2013: Major Lazer, Calvin Harris, Bloc Party, Tyler the Creator to perform in Aspen

X Games 2013 hits Aspen again this year with an adrenaline rush of action sports and along with it a slew of concerts. This year X Games introduces a new concert series with electronic performances by producers Calvin Harris and Major Lazer.

Harris performs on the X Fest Stage on Jan. 26 and Major Lazer on Jan. 27.

Along with the concert series are four shows presented by X Games at the Belly Up in Aspen, which include the post punk group Bloc Party, the L.A. hip-hop of Tyler the Creator and Calvin Harris.

Past X Games have seen performances by Big Boi, Denver’s Breathe Carolina, 50 Cent and Ghostland Observatory.

The four day event takes place from Jan. 23-Jan. 27.

    I just read they are also doing a screening of Green Day’s new film “Quatro!” you have to buy tickets from the wheeler opera house. WX is gonna be the best this year! I love this whole “music style film” thing they are pushing. Been seeing it on the posters around town!
