Escape the Fate announced Monday that the band has signed with independent rock label, Eleven Seven Music in addition to inking a deal with Monster Energy Drink.
The post-hardcore band from Nevada recently wrapped recording for its upcoming album (out Spring 2013), which management hints will be a “Slipknot-meets-Avenged Sevenfold vibe” that will be decidedly less “sceney”. The band’s LA team, which includes producers John Feldman, Monte Money, Brandon Saller (Atreyu|Hell or High Water) and Grammy-winning Josh Wilbur (who will mix the album), are currently in the final mixing/mastering phases of the project.
“The record’s gonna be heavy,” said ETF Manager, Arms Division Executive and Littleton native, Clay Busch. “I’m even more excited to be partnering with Allen Kovak and Monster Energy on this record. We’re really excited to bring up another real rock band into the scene.”
Escape the Fate also released a 25-second trailer of the first single “Ungrateful”—the first piece of music released by the band in over two years. Watch the trailer here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9fCN0JIqgw&noredirect=1
