The Lumineers’ Billboard Magazine cover adds to the band’s big DecemberBy Nic Turiciano | December 13th, 2012 | No Comments »
At this point one has to wonder, “just how big can the Lumineers get?”
This year — and particularly this month — has been outstanding for the Denver-based folk group. First came the announcement that the Lumineers have been nominated for two Grammys, and now the band is gracing the cover of of Billboard Magazine.
Check out a truncated version of their cover story on the Billboard web site — which also mentions such Colorado mainstays as the Meadowlark Bar and Stelth Ulvang — or pick up a physical copy if you’re so inclined.
The Lumineers are returning to Denver for two shows at the Ogden Theatre on Dec. 30 and 31 — but they’re already sold out.
Didn’t get lucky enough to grab some tickets? Take a look at the previous Reverb coverage. It may not be the same as seeing the hometown heroes live in-person, but a band-aid is better than nothing, right?
