Macklemore & Ryan Lewis bring the “Thrift Shop” to Jimmy FallonBy Julio Enriquez | December 12th, 2012 | No Comments »
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and the Roots on one stage. Talk about a match made in heaven. ?uestlove cleaned house with the added percussion adding a hulkish element to “Thrift Shop.” An already beefy single that’s being played on multiple radio formats on the FM dial. The duo played the Ogden Theater no less than a week ago and they didn’t give us a chance to miss them because the scheduled return in our fair state of Colorado takes place this Saturday, Dec. 15, as part of the Dew Tour iON challenge up in Breckenridge. If you didn’t score tickets for this Saturday’s show, you’re in luck. The Icelantic Winter on the Rocks gig in February will see the hip hoppers playing lead fiddle at the top of the lineup rubbing elbows with Major Lazer taking place at Red Rocks Feb. 1.
