Maybe it will make more sense on Broadway.
The superstar R&B artist announced Monday that he’s had an offer to turn what could be the “Rocky Horror Picture Show” of hip-hop into a Broadway play, according to the Associated Press.
Hey, if the South Park creators can win nine Tony Awards and U2 can make a Spiderman musical, who’s to count R. Kelly out? Maybe Sir Ian McKellen will be cast to play Pimp Lucius.
People here in Colorado are sure to be ready for it. The Denver Film Center on Colfax even hosts “Trapped in the Closet” sing-a-longs.
