Kid Rock and Rodney Atkins to play Romney/Ryan rally at Red Rocks on Tuesday

Country star Rodney Atkins and rock-rap-metal-country-one-time-Sheryl-Crow-collaborator Kid Rock will perform during a Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan rally at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Tuesday night.

A source with knowledge of the event leaked news of the performers late Sunday night and a RSVP form with details of the event went live on mittromney.com early Monday morning.

Tuesday’s rally, less than 24 hours after the third and final presidential debate at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla., will be one of the largest campaign events for the Romney/Ryan ticket so far in Colorado.

Doors for the free event will open at 4 p.m. and programming will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Attendees will go through “airport-like” security, according to event details.

Earlier this month, Kid Rock introduced Paul Ryan at a campaign rally in the Detroit suburb of Rochester, Mich., telling the crowd he was sorry that President Obama “didn’t do a better job.”

Tuesday’s event is confidently billed as “Victory Rally with Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan and the Republican Team.”

Kid rocks and never disappoints. He is a true patriot,:if you are a patriot also, listen to Amen, Care, or Born Free before you get too judgemental. Kid has shown all love and support for our nation, our troops and has done more for Detriot then anyone–in this case his support for Romney/Ryan is wonderful. Usually I dont think stars and politics mix. Michigan–Ohio, please vote Romney. He can help us as a nation, I feel hope with Romney. Things have been rough here in Buffalo financially and I feel a division among neighbors and society like Ive never felt before.
