Deer Tick stormed the Bluebird Theater on Sunday night for nearly two hours of grizzled country-punk. The band played a mix of new and old hits including “Main Street,” “Baltimore Blues” and “The Bump” (plus a cover of Beastie Boys’ “Fight For Your Right”). In lieu of an encore, Deer Tick sprinted through a beer-soaked version of “Let’s All Go To The Bar,” wherein lead singer John McCauley stripped down to his underwear and played the final few notes with his genitals.
