Record Store Day 2012: Have a free beer on Reverb and First Drafts

Over the past few years, Record Store Day has evolved from a minor cult holiday to a national event with significant investment from major labels and industry leaders.

To celebrate this year’s festivities — Saturday, April 21 — we’re returning to Twist & Shout on East Colfax to throw another impromptu happy hour with free beer for of-age music fans.

In association with The Denver Post’s new craft beer blog, First Drafts, select Reverb staffers will spin vinyl in the store and provide complementary Breckenridge beer from 3 – 5 p.m. (or until the keg’s kicked, whichever comes first).

Consider this your personal invitation to join us on Saturday, April 21, for a celebration of craft beer and craft music at one of the country’s premier record stores.

RSVP on Facebook, and please extend the invite to your friends of proper age.
