The new video for Le Divorce’s “Under the Boxcars” is a definite homage to a time when all the good videos appeared late night on MTV’s “120 Minutes.” Check out Reverb’s most recent interview with Kitty Vincent in case you missed it the first time around over here.

Lana Del Rey looking for “Video Games” at Twist & Shout?

There’s an adage that goes, “Time heals all wounds.” It really seems like years since the “SNL” debacle that Lana Del Rey endured back in January. Rey has made several live appearances since then, and turns out that laying low and staying out of the public eye for a while will make people forget (even though her debut, “Born to Die,” has sold well). Rey stopped by the East Colfax institution for a surprise visit and was kind enough to chat with the staff. Check out this wonderful piece by Reverb’s Allison Berger about how polarizing Rey makes the blogosphere. Photo by T&S.

The Lumineers’ “Ho Hey” into Austin

In case there was ever a discrepancy about not having enough Lumineers‘ coverage in Talk Talk, here’s a little bit more. The “Ho Hey” video is not only being aired on MTV and VH1, but on CMT for good measure. The trio will be doing 10 shows at SXSW and bring new meaning to the phrase “on the grind.”
