Look out, world. April 3 marks the release date for a self-titled debut album to come from the Lumineers. Vices I will miss
Sad news from the Vices I Admire crew. The two founding members of VIA, guitarist Mickey Dollar and drummer Mark Towne, have decided to walk away on good terms. The other two members Dave Curtis (singer) and Daniel Battenhouse (bassist) will continue to carry the torch in the name of VIA. A farewell show is scheduled for March 30 at the Marquis Theatre. If you missed it, Steal This Track featured VIA last month that you can check out right here.

The video for “Lady Luck” by Petals of Spain was shot at the classy Hotel Boulderado. The jazzy pop kids exhibited what happens when you mix booze, gambling, fast women and cake.
Air Dubai wants to turn the “Lights Down”
Check out the magic with the behind the scenes action from Denver kids Air Dubai from their “Day Escape” recording sessions with the cut “Lights Down.” It’s off the new album that has been getting some love from the Hollister “Spring Preview 2012” playlist. Speaking of love, Denver’s India.Arie recently tweeted (above) about Air Dubai. Good to see local artists reppin’ each other as always.
