Photo essay: Little Big Town @ the Grizzly RoseBy | January 23rd, 2012 | No Comments »
Soul, bluegrass and country came together in the four-part vocal harmonies of Little Big Town at Denver’s Grizzly Rose on Friday night. Playing to a packed house and a sea of cowboy hats, Little Big Town offered songs from its 2010 album “The Reason Why,” opening with “Little White Church” and playing old radio favorites like “Wounded” and “Bring It On Home.” After enjoying a collective shot of whiskey, Little Big Town surprised the country loving crowd with its own toe-tapping rendition of Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way,” while the cowboys danced and sang along.
