Well, folks, that’s why we posted this article under the pretense “Rumor mill.”

This morning, we received this note from Arts & Venues Denver, the organization that handles Red Rocks Amphitheatre, among other venues:

“This is not true and a rumor we understand may have started with Red Rocks Ticket Tent, who are not affiliated with us.”

And while we did not get our information from Red Rocks Ticket Tent, we are still responsible for adding fuel to the fire.

So with that, we’d like to say sorry RHCP, sorry Red Rocks, sorry Microsoft, and sorry to our trusted friends on the Internet. Please enjoy this song from Adele as a peace offering.

The good news is this frees up your Friday night to come to the 11th annual Underground Music Showcase!
