Fans better be quick on the draw for these shows. 3OH!3 has announced two shows in the Denver/Boulder area for late July in very intimate settings. Check them out below and be on the lookout for ticket information. (Photo via Julio Enriquez)

7.29.11 – Boulder, CO – Fox Theatre
Tim Tebow meet Bono, Bono, meet Tim Tebow
U2 annihilated the Denver music scene in the brief time they were in town, and of course, Reverb was on hand to report on the show — but so was Tim Tebow. Tebow hung out backstage with Bono to talk about the Broncos, of course, duh. The two philanthropists also spoke about Bono’s pet project, the One Campaign, according to Tebow’s Twitter feed. I wonder how many high-fives were given during this exchange. Also, for fans of Jon Stewart and “The Daily Show,” you can catch Tebow on Thursday’s (June 2) episode on Comedy Central promoting his new book,”Through My Eyes.” BTW, you can also have your new book signed by Tebow at the LoDo Tattered Cover Saturday (June 3) at 4 p.m. (Photo via Tim Tebow)
Brandon Loyd has almost decided to hang up his cleats and pick up a mic
The NFL lockout that everybody swears will end by September has caused several NFL players to seek money elsewhere. Chad Ochocinco, wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals, has become a waiter and now Denver Bronco wide receiver, Brandon Lloyd has hit the studio. Dude has laid down multiple tracks and has uploaded several to his SoundCloud page over here. Just in case y’all were worried there wouldn’t be any stereotypes, you won’t be disappointed. In case you were wondering, yes, the tracks include the subject matter of women and money. That is all. (Photo via John Leyba, The Denver Post)
Please check out Yankee Candle’s newest scent, Achille Lauro
Achille Lauro has found a new way to sling its music. Instead of selling boring ol’ vinyl, tapes or CDs, the guys have conjured up a new medium that will light up your living room with great tunes and the sweet aroma of Achille Lauro. This is the first in three installments that will have them selling an array of items tied in with their new music. This all goes down June 10 at the Hi-Dive. My spies tell me that the candle is reminiscent of an earthier sandalwood scent. I’m more of an apple and spice type of guy, but I’ll take it how I can get it.
