Atlanta-based indie rockers Manchester Orchestra started their set at the Black Sheep on Sunday night with a bit of technical difficulty, but that was pretty much forgotten by the crowd the moment the lyrics, “Shake it out, shake it out” were sung. The highlight (for this photographer, anyway) was “You, My Pride and Me.” Intense! Also pretty memorable was the closing song — an ode to 50 Cent. Colorado Springs-based openers El Toro de la Muerta were also fantastic. – Denise Chambers
