For our inaugural “Why So Serious?” we selected Denver native and L.A. resident T.J. Miller, who first gained notice with a role on ABC’s short-lived sitcom “Carpoolers,” but went on to score parts in flicks such as “Cloverfield,” “She’s Out of My League,” “How to Train Your Dragon” and the upcoming “Yogi Bear” and “Gulliver’s Travels.”
Denver’s 65-performer High Plains comedy festival made some tweaks and was better for it in its second year.
