Colorado’s very own 3OH!3 brought 2013 in with a bang on Monday night at the Gothic Theatre. The party pop group were also joined by local acts My Body Sings Electric and the Epilogues, as well as Chain Gang Of 1974.
Sixteen years proved worth the wait.
In the band’s first Colorado New Year’s show since 1996, hometown boys, String Cheese Incident, played their best show of the year, firing on all cylinders at the 1stBank Center over the course of three brilliant sets.
Monday night at the sold-out Bluebird Theater, the Black Angels offered Denver fans the trippiest way to ring in 2013, in a show that managed to be both darkly psychedelic and optimistically pop.
