A Tom Collins celebrated the release of their new EP, “OH NO!” at the Gothic Theatre on Saturday night with a little help from Paper Bird. Joined by a schoolhouse-style choir (featuring Esme Patterson, wife of bandleader Aaron Tom Collins), the group played a satisfying set of energetic, swampy jazz. Paper Bird followed with a headlining set that kept the venue swaying with smiles.
