It was, as you say, a bummer, and a little awkward. It didn't bother me quite as much, though – certainly not enough to ruin the show, which was otherwise on point.

I'd say that slight-glitch was more like a lifting of the veil. The looks on the band's faces when the computer cut out or “lost connection” was, to me, the equivalent of someone getting caught lip syncing. Total buzzkill. I'm not some purist who is anti-computers onstage, but I am in the camp that doesn't like to see musicians look like they're surfing the web during a show.

Nah… Tigercity was super boring. I have seen a lot of opening act in my day, and they were one of the most generic / unenthused acts I have seen. Plus the majority of people dancing to Tigercity were dudes. That entertained me more than the band.

Psssh I think you intellectual know-it-all critics forget that some people create music to have a good time and that is exactly what I did during Tigercity's set. Stop trying to dissect it and just enjoy, I promise you will have way fun more doing so.
