Gregory Alan Isakov delivered his new CD to his pupils at a jammed Fox Theatre Friday, celebrating what has amounted to a stellar past few months for the off-the-grid musician and local folk favorite. Amy Ray (Indigo Girls) and Brandi Carlile have been recent fans and proponents, as evidenced by the fact that South African-born Isakov will tour with both of them this year.
