Café Tacuba @ the Ogden Theatre

Café Tacuba singer Rubén Isaac Albarrán Ortega struts his stuff at the Ogden Theatre. Photos by Laurie Scavo.

No one puts on a show quite like Café Tacuba. The 19-year-old Rock en Español band from Naucalpan, Mexico, (named after a coffee shop in Mexico City) has won Grammys and toured the world, but one of their biggest claims to fame is their live show. High-energy and packed with screaming fans, the shows usually leave fans sweaty and impressed with the stylistic diversity of the act.

Regular Reverb photographer Laurie Scavo checked out Café Tacuba’s Nov. 9 set at the Ogden Theatre and brings us this photo essay of the night. Check it out below.
