It is hard for me to actualy realize that because I'm such a fan of the place, but as said before the P.A. was way loud and seemed to distort. It was more of a shrill and lack of bass (low end response) that made it unenjoyable. Maybe further away it sounded better. Also the ticket price was just crazy. $500 for 2 people to see this show is just not right. Yes, they brought in their full complement of equipment, but it was just the 3 of them and lots of lights and sound. Not to compare, but Dave Matthews came to Red Rocks to film a DVD (and a Katrina benefit show) for 4 nights, had even more lights and sound and a lower ticket price. I was surrounded by people holding there fingers over their ears. Why must it be so load. It was actually distorted most of the time. Good music. Bad Sound.
