Listening to his ramblings made me think he was pretty high at least the first half of the show.. He started kicking into gear about 2/3 rds of the way through.. I was pretty disappointed in this show in general.. He has changed alot since the 90's.. The band was great~~ But Scott really needs to put down the needle.. or whatever he's on!! His upper register was GONE. He forgot lyrics. He complained in between songs. It's a shame because the rest of the band was fantastic.
